The aviation services division is based on our many years of experience in the field of electrical engineering.

We specialise in the repair of windings on electric motors, generators, starter-generators and similar products. We preserve the value and considerably extend the service life of your components by means of EASA/FAA-approved re-winding procedures. Thus we can repair units usually considered as unrepairable. The benefits are obvious, re-winding costs just a fraction of  replacement parts and supports our customers competitiveness. Furthermore we bring another service cycle to those high valued parts and components.

We develop efficient repair processes in close relationship with our customers based on OEM data and our approved rewind specification. As a result the reverse engineering rewinds are not deviating initial designs and characteristics. Apparently all units will be acceptance tested verifying specification standards and proper workmanship. Qualified partners are in place for procurement activities and specialised processes.

In 2007 we added the repair capability for airborne harnesses. Receiving, cleaning, inspection, parts procurement, repair and acceptance tests are typical steps carried out.

Close customer relations and regular meetings ensure continuous improvement in the field of service and product quality. Well trained associates and high flexibility ensure shortest turntimes. Our central position near the Rhein-Main airport provides ideal logistical conditions for the efficient and speedy execution of customers’ orders.

Our references are excellent, since 2009 we’re among others a contractual partner for Lufthansa Technique AG in Hamburg.

We hold the EASA Part 145 license (DE.145.0389), FAA Repair station license (RIUY632Y), and the Chinese CAAC license (F04900492).  Also our Quality System is ISO 9001:2000 certified.
